Adults will have one 5 minute round, with a three minute overtime if no submission is achieved.No points will be scored in the first round. Points will only be scored in the 3 minute overtime round. Judges will determine the winner if no submission is achieved. No striking is allowed. Both competitors will begin from a standing position on a regulation wrestling mat. A submission is achieved when one competitor verbally or physically (taps) indicates he or she is unable to continue. No striking, fingers on the face, fishhooking, pinching or small joint manipulation is allowed. There will be a Gi and a No Gi division as well as an open weight division in both categories.
