A quick note about the TaeKwonDo sparring rules. First to comply with the national rules one additional point will be given for any spinning kick to a legal target ( i.e. 1 point to the body, 2 for a turning kick, 2 point to the head, 3 for a spinning kick to the head).
A reminder that points will be called in the junior division if the competitor is covering their body with hands or gloves instead of actively blocking.

Breaking divisions are:
4-8yrs run jump side kick
9-11 Turning side kick
12-14 combination 3 boards max
15-17 combination 3 boards max
18 + combination 5 boards max
Adult Black Belts 5 boards AND 5 bricks max

Minot Flood Relief Donation
A quarter of the spectator receipts will be donated to Minot Flood Relief and actor JOSH DUHAMEL ( nephew of co-director Daryl Bachmeier ) has autographed DVD copies of his movie TRANSFORMERS: Dark of the Moon with all profits going to the Minot Flood Relief fund.
